Nativity of Our Lord School Enrollment for 2017-2018
All current students must be re-enrolled each year for the upcoming school year. Information regarding 2017-2018 Tuition rates and information regarding the beginning of the Re-Enrollment process will be sent home with every student as soon as available.
We encourage all current families to read all of the instructions sent home and consult this space of the website to familiarize yourselves with the Online Re-Enrollment process that will be conducted through TADS, our Tuition Management company. **Please note: Until you receive an email from TADS with the link to their secure site, you will not be able to complete Re-Enrollment. Please watch for this information in your email with a Nativity of Our Lord signature.

2017-2018 Enrollment Dates
Current student Re-enrollment will begin on or about March 8, 2017. Each current family will receive an email directly from TADS for each student with directions on completing re-enrollment for 2017-2018.
IF a new sibling of the family will begin at Nativity in September, 2017, a parent must notify the Enrollment Office in writing of the name, birth date, anticipated grade and session( half or full day) of the sibling who will attend BEFORE ANY RE-ENROLLMENT IS COMPLETED FOR THE CURRENT STUDENTS. This will ensure that all members of the family are on ONE account for next year.
NEW STUDENTS FOR 2017-2018
Thursday, March 23rd— All new siblings to our school must present an application with all required supporting documentation IN-PERSON on this day. Parish Conference Center 9 am to 12 noon
Monday, March 27th –– All New Students registering in any grade from Nativity, St. Cyril, St. Vincent de Paul and St. John Bosco parishes. All registrants on this day must present proof of parish membership as required by their pastor in addition to presenting the Adult Sunday collection envelope of their parish and the required application and documentation. Parish Conference Center 9 am to 12 noon
Thursday, March 30th — All New students registering in any grade from any other Catholic parish or any Non-Catholic or unregistered family. All registrants on this day must present a completed application and all required documentation. Parish Conference Center 9 am to 12 noon
Applications for any remaining spaces in class for 2017-2018 will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis after March 30, 2017 until class is full.
Waiting Lists will be created once classes are full and the complete Waiting List policy will be discussed when the need arises.
NEW STUDENTS wishing to enroll in Nativity of Our Lord School will follow the following process:
Parents (or their authorized representative) must present themselves on posted Enrollment days to complete the Application for Admission and provide all supporting documentation to apply for Admission to Nativity of Our Lord School.
Within 24-48 hours of submitting the in-person Application for Admission, parents or responsible parties will be notified through the email provided by them on the application by TADS Tuition Management. TADS Tuition Management will provide instructions on completing the 2 step Enrollment process including payment of the Enrollment fee and completion of the Tuition Agreement.
Until such time as ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS are provided to the School Enrollment Office (including but not limited to Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, Immunization Record, Parish Envelope Number (if applicable), Pastor Letter of Permission, where applicable, payment of Enrollment fees, signed Tuition Agreement) the new student application will not be considered complete and space in class guaranteed. Failure to provide all required information may jeopardize space in a given class and waiting lists may be created.

You will also need to have Emergency Contact Information with you at Enrollment appointment to complete an Emergency contact card in person.
All students new to our school must be registered in person with the following information:
Valid State issued Birth certificate
Current Immunization Record
Baptismal certificate (unless baptized at Nativity of Our Lord Church)
Non-refundable Enrollment Fee per student entering Pre-K – 8th grade
Registered parishioners of Nativity, St. Cyril, St. Vincent de Paul and St. John Bosco parishes must provide proof of their parishioner status as required by their individual parish
Transfer students in Grades 1-8 must provide verification of their grade level by submitting a copy of the latest report card from their previous school
